투명한 렌즈, 글라스, 필름, Flexible 한 자유곡면체에 대한 외관 검사 및 3D형상 측정 모델, 경면이나 유광 제질의 제품에 대한 표면 형상 검사가 가능
2. 간섭계
정밀 소자, 부품에 대한 3D 높이, 형상 측정을 위한 기술로 Bumped wafer, PCB bump, Display column space 같은 부분의 정밀한 높이 측정 모듈
3. 변위/두께센서 모듈
투명하거나 불투명한 재질의 두께 및 변위 측정용 모듈로써 검사 제품의 거칠기가 다른 상황에도 실시간 두께 및 변위 측정이 가능한 제품
